    Team Assistant - Frankfurt

    ✨Team Assistant (m/w/d) – Private Equity - Frankfurt Bankenviertel

     

    Hauser Recruiting is seeking a progressive Team Assistant to work for a leading European private equity firm located in beautiful offices in Frankfurt’s Bankenviertel. This is a very well-established team of successful investment professionals executing deals across multiple sectors, and this role is to support at Director, VP and Associate level.

     

    You must be able to speak and write German fluently, and work at an advanced level of business English.

     

    You will work with three other Executive Assistants who are all experienced in the type of complex scheduling, calendar management, logistics and administration coordination that is typical in private equity. You will gain exposure to a full array of external and internal stakeholders, handling communication with portfolio companies, client relationship managers, investment banks, lawyers and wider internal functions.

    About the Role

    This Team Assistant position supports a group of Directors, Vice Presidents and Associates, providing essential organisational and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of their day-to-day activities. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of coordination, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to a positive team environment.

    Main duties include:

     

    • Manage complex calendars and coordinate busy schedules across multiple time zones
    • Arrange and book international travel, accommodation, and logistics
    • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and follow-up actions
    • Assist with the preparation and formatting of reports, documents, and confidential materials
    • Support the team with project coordination and ad hoc administrative tasks
    • Work closely with other Assistants to ensure seamless office operations, including ordering supplies and liaising with external vendors
    • Help coordinate internal and external meetings and team events

     

    Key Skills & Attributes

    • Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
    • Experience as a Team Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role within a corporate environment
    • Interest in financial services (Private Equity, Investment Banking, Consulting) is advantageous
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure
    • Professional handling of sensitive and confidential information
    • Confident MS Outlook skills
    • Structured, reliable, and able to work independently while contributing to a strong team culture
    • Excellent communication skills and a high level of discretion
    • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

     

    Package & Benefits

    • Base salary of 55,000-65,000 EUR plus generous performance-related bonus
