My client is seeking an experienced HR professional who wants to take full ownership of the HR function and act as a strategic partner to the Leadership Team.
This is a fast‑paced, international environment and you will have the chance to build scalable people processes in a high‑performance culture.
This role is a part-time position, ideally seeking a candidate who can work either 20, 25 or 30 hours per week.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and further develop the HR function in close collaboration with the Head of Administration and the Leadership Team
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including coordination with external recruitment agencies, university partnerships, and employer branding initiatives
- Drive people development by designing, implementing, and continuously improving feedback, development, and training programmes
- Oversee all HR administration across the entire employee lifecycle — from contract creation and personnel file management to offboarding, including all employment‑related documentation
- Support the development of competitive compensation and benefits structures and advise the Leadership Team based on market insights
- Handle preparatory payroll activities (DATEV)
Your Profile
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Several years of HR experience, ideally gained in investment banking, a major law firm, or management consulting
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with confidence managing multiple stakeholders
- Hands‑on mindset, high level of initiative, and excellent organisational skills
- Analytical, structured, and results‑driven working style with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficient in common HR software, MS Office, and preparatory payroll
- Fluent German and intermediate-advanced English skills, both written and spoken
