Executive Assistant (Frankfurt) - Permanent Role

My client is a global investment bank with medium sized office in beautiful offices in Frankfurt's Bankenviertel. They are seeking a motivated Team Assistant, PA or Executive Assistant from either the financial or professional services industry to take on the role to support the MD, plus some junior Bankers.
This firm is a little different in that there are many projects alongside the traditional duties of international travel planning and calendar management, and you will be very involved in events organisation within Europe. You will work with and learn from one of the best and experienced Executive Assistants in the Banking industry in Frankfurt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the calendar of the MD, scheduling meetings and appointments across time zones.
- International Travel Organisation: Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transportation including private jet.
- Client Liaison: Manage stakeholder relationships and act as a point of contact for clients.
- Strategic Planning and Gatekeeping: Prioritise meetings and protect the time of the MD in line with business priorities
- Event and Off-Site Organisation: Plan and coordinate team events, client events and off-sites in Germany and across Europe.
- Expenses and Invoicing: Handle expense reports and invoicing using a bespoke system (training provided).
- Team Support: Assist other teams and provide support to teammates as needed.
To be considered for the role:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar administrative or team assistant role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
- Proven experience in managing complex diaries or scheduling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability.
- Excellent, business / advanced communication skills in both German and English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Resilience and calm approach to problem solving.
- You must already have the right to work in the EU.
