This encompasses far less legal administration than is typical for Legal Assistant positions; the role will focus on high level diary and priority organisation, strategic inbox management, project coordination & complex global travel organisation.

Main duties include:
- Proactive & complex calendar management for the Partner
- Coordination of high volume appointments and global travel management
- Managing email correspondence, file management and actively coordinating projects and action points
- Assisting the Associates with meeting organisation to a lesser degree
- Working with other Assistants to help support the wider teams when needed
- Coordinate with the Admin team to delegate documentation and presentation production
To be considered for this, you must:
- Have worked in a similar role, using Microsoft Outlook to a high standard
- Be able to work in an ever-changing and fast paced environment and team
- Be a team player with a non-hierarchical mindset, happy to support others when needed
- Be passionate about being the right-hand support to your boss, working towards a common goal
- Be able to work confidently in fluent German and possess advanced professional level English
- Have worked for a global business
- Demonstrate problem solving skills
