An established private equity organisation in the Bankenviertel is looking for a Board Assistant to join the team on a full-time maternity cover from July 2026 to autumn 2027.
This is a unique role for a Senior Assistant who enjoys being at the centre of coordination, partnering closely with two Board Members and collaborating with the Legal team. You’ll keep operations running smoothly, anticipate needs, and ensure that information flows seamlessly.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing complex calendars and correspondence
- Coordinating internal meetings, including Board and project sessions
- Organising international travel and handling expenses
- Preparing, editing, and structuring documents and presentations
- Overseeing document management and signature processes
- Updating CRM entries and processing invoices
You’re a great fit if you:
- Bring experience supporting senior executives in a financial services or listed company
- Have completely fluent business level German and advanced English language skills
- Work with discretion, professionalism, and calm under pressure
- Have a sharp eye for detail
- Enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders
- Are confident with MS Office
